Our role
ANYDEALER acts as an independent buyer's agent. We do not own the vehicles we inspect, we are not the seller, and we never take custody of your money for a vehicle purchase. Payment for the car flows directly between you and the selling dealer.
Fees
Buyers pay no commission. The selling dealer pays ANYDEALER a flat 1% success fee only when a sale completes, and this fee is disclosed on every report. The ₹1,000 inspection booking amount is adjusted against the purchase price of the car you buy, or refunded in full if the car fails inspection or you do not complete a purchase within 30 days. For a private seller's car, where no dealer fee applies, the inspection is charged to the buyer at ₹4,999.
What an inspection is
An inspection records the observable condition of a vehicle on the day it is inspected, using non-invasive methods: visual assessment, paint-depth measurement, electronic diagnostics, documentation checks and a road test. It is not a strip-down, not a warranty, and not a guarantee of future reliability. Concealed defects that are not detectable by these methods may exist.
Verdicts are advice
CLEAR, CAUTION and WALK AWAY are our professional opinion. The decision to buy, and the price you agree, remain yours. We will not sign a purchase agreement on your behalf unless you instruct us in writing.
Dealer cooperation
We can only inspect a vehicle where the seller permits access. If a dealer refuses or restricts an inspection we will tell you and refund the booking amount, or carry it over to another vehicle.
Group companies
FineCars, a group company, participates as a partner dealer on the same terms as any other dealer. Where a group company is the seller, that relationship is disclosed on the report.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any inspection or advisory service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for the conduct of a dealer, seller, lender, insurer or workshop.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
