What we collect
When you submit the form or message us on WhatsApp we collect your name, WhatsApp number, the car listing link or details you send, the dealer's name, your budget and timeline. If you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we also record the campaign parameters in that link. We do not ask for or store financial account details, identity documents, or payment card information on this website.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to run the free desk check, arrange an inspection, negotiate on your behalf, and follow up after delivery. We also use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand which pages and campaigns work.
Who we share it with
The dealer holding the car you asked about (their name, so they can confirm availability and allow an inspection), our inspection partner PDISURE, and — only if you ask us to — lenders or insurers you want quotes from. We do not sell your details, and we do not share your number with dealers you haven't asked us about.
WhatsApp messages
If you tick the WhatsApp box or message us first, we will contact you on WhatsApp. Messages are delivered through WhatsApp's own infrastructure and are subject to their terms. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time by replying STOP.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of analytics and advertising tags to measure how the site performs and to attribute enquiries to campaigns. These may set cookies in your browser. You can block or clear them in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 36 months so we can support you after a purchase and meet our record-keeping obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message +91 90577 50666 and we will action it within 30 days.
Security
Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database. Only our deal managers and inspection coordinators can read it. Our website does not expose enquiry records publicly.
